Unless you use the address book widget or address book application, then "Website" item may seem like a waste. Well, turns out that it's integrated into Safari, allowing you to quickly access your friends' (or enemies') websites.
To do this, first add websites to an address book entry. You can add any url that works in Safari. So, for example, you can use "http://www.youtube.com/mactipper", "http://www.mactipper.com", "mailto:mactipper@gmail.com", or even a bookmarklet. If the "Home Page" item isn't included by default, go to the Address Book preferences (Cmd-,), click on the Template tab, and then add the "URL" item.

After you've put in the URL for a person (you can put in multiple URLs for one person if you want), you'll need to tell Safari to show these URLs. Open up Safari and then hit Cmd-, to open the Safari preferences. Click on the Bookmarks preference tab. Now, you get to choose where you want the address book URLs to show up: the bookmarks bar, the bookmarks menu, or the bookmarks collections (Cmd-Option-B). I have mine in all three.
Once you've made sure that you have the Address Book bookmarks available, it's simply a matter of going to the appropriate place and choosing the person's URL that you want to visit.
