iCal is nice. But, it would be really nice if they would give you a free place to host it. However, they don’t. The good part though is that some great guy on the internet made iCalX. A website that lets you host your calendars. For the amazing price of.... $0!!!! Which means that you can sign up (all you need is email and password) publish your calendar (it’s really easy) and then share it with other people! (A simple email) It’s REALLY nice. And it is actually free! Which, means that those-of-us-who-have-a-blog-on-blogger-and-are-pretending-to-be-really-smart-but-have-no-money can use it. (No names mentioned.) So, check it out! Watch the video for more information.

Yes, not only is it free, but you can choose to make your calendars publicly available or private (password required to view or subscribe).
