In my last post I gave you a tip on how to switch windows quickly. Well, today’s tip is even better! Switching windows is nice, but, only if you have more than one window open. However, you probably always have two applications open. Which means that todays tip is always useable! (Not to mention that it’s a FST) So, without further ado...
Switching applications is usually through the dock or, by clicking on the window of the desired app. Likewise you can use expose to switch. However all of those take time. And, time is money! (Unless, of course, it’s a broken watch that’s being sold.) So, to switch in Mac (and windows) all you have to do is hit the key combo Cmd-Tab. (Unless it’s windows, then it’s Ctrl-Tab). So there you have it folks, a time saving tip for both operating systems!

Ha! thanks man! i didn't know that!
[1 week mac owner..]
Cmd+< switches between windows of the same application.
That doesn't work on the English keyboard. Are you using the Spanish one?
Cmd-Tab is nice, but I usually prefer just hiding (Cmd-H) applications I don't need and using the Exposé route. I have Exposé set as a Hot Corner in the top right, and after a couple days I became a real power user of it.
command + ` switches between windows in the same application.
The command + < does not work on my keyboard.
But yeah I mostly use Exposé too.
